Choc Mint Smoothie

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Slim & Tone Double Choc Mint
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¹/₂ cup of coconut yoghurt
  • ¹/₂ frozen banana
  • ¹/₂ cup spinach
  • Fresh mint (optional)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and top with more mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Purple Granola Smoothie

    Ingredients:
  • 2 Amazonia Açaí Smoothie Packs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • Granola
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
Directions:

Blend Acai Sachets, banana and almond milk. Layer in a jar with granola, and fresh fruits such as blueberries and strawberries!

Chocolate Recovery Smoothie

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass, serve immediately and enjoy!

Protein Balls

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender till a dough has formed, roll into balls. Place in fridge till set.

No Bake Triple Choc Slice

    Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Amazoina RawFIT Thermo Burn Protein Triple Choc Truffle
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
Directions:

1. If using rolled oats, blend into powder and mix dry ingredients in one bowl 2. Melt nut butter and rice malt syrup until combined 3. Pour melted mixture into the dry mix and stir. Add a dash of almond milk if needed. 4. Press into a lined baking tray or dish 5. Place into fridge until set before cutting into bars.

Protein Rice Crisp Squares

    Ingredients:
  • 2 cup of rice cereal
  • 1 cup desicated coconut
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of rice malt syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Protein Rich Smooth Vanilla
Directions:

1. Mix cereal, coconut and protein in one bowl 2. Melt peanut butter, rice malt syrup and coconut oil till combined 3. Pour melted mixture into the cereal mix and stir till well coated 4. Press into a lined baking tray or dish 5. Place into fridge until set before cutting into squares.
