Need some extra greens in your life? This Super Green Pasta is for you!
The sauce is made from a delicious blend of peas, broccoli, spinach, and basil, with a punch flavour from fresh chilli, lemon juice, sauteed onion, garlic, and feta (feel free to use vegan feta if you’re plant-based). We've also included some of our Raw Nutrients Greens for an extra hit of nutrients. It's made with organic greens including spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, kale, spinach, herbs and more. Designed to support detoxification, liver function and energy production, it also provides a source of wholefood Vitamin B12 and gut-friendly prebiotics.
While your pasta is cooking, just sauté your onions and then add them to a blender with the rest of the ingredients for the sauce, plus ½ - ¾ cup of leftover pasta water. Blend until it’s nice and smooth, then pour over the pasta and mix until it’s evenly coated. Garnish with chilli flakes and micro greens and enjoy!
