Coronavirus Delivery Update
Amazonia is doing everything possible to keep you stocked with your favourite products during the Coronavirus pandemic. We currently use Australia Post as our delivery partner who are experiencing delays as they adopt to new safety measures to protect their team and you, our customers.

National Shipping (within Australia)
Amazonia services all Australian states. Orders from our website www.amazonia.com.au are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays) – we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. Online orders can be paid for with credit card or Paypal prior to dispatch.
Orders are freighted via Australia Post and delivered right to your door, so please make certain you provide your street address. Amazonia cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided. Amazonia charges $12 freight Australia wide for all orders under $75AUD.
We use Australia Post and trusted couriers to service Australian Cities. Timing to different States will vary.
Below are approximated standard delivery times:
NSW 3-5 days
QLD 3-7 days
VIC 3-7 days
WA and Rural areas can take from 5-10 days.
If you require a special request please send us an email to [email protected] or put a note in with your order.
To assist us with the efficient delivery for your frozen goods order please email us the best day (business days) for your order to be delivered and confirm your mobile number. Unfortunately we can not provide a time of the delivery on this day. If you need to go out please leave an esky at your front door with a note giving authority to leave the frozen goods there. Please note Amazonia or its third party courier take no responsibility for goods which are damage, spoiled or stolen once left. If no note is left and no one is home then we have instructed the courier to return the goods to our warehouse. Additional charge of $40 will be charged or withheld from refunds due to courier charges. Please ensure you keep your mobile phone off silent and close by on your nominated delivery day as the courier company may need to call you.
Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind:
If you have a change of mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong Product, we may provide you with an exchange, or store credit at our discretion, provided that:
- you can provide a proof of purchase;
- it is within 14 days of your Product(s) being sent; and
- the product(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging;
Where there has been a change of mind for whatever reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Listing Damage, Incorrect or Item is Not as Described Returns:
In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Australia Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any Product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged (excluding cosmetic damage). If the product is incorrect due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our Site, we will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:
- the Product(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival;
- the Product(s) has not been opened and in its original, sealed packaging; and
- picture of the boxed product before sending the return.
