Tahini Protein Balls

These tahini energy balls require zero cooking, are packed full of protein and will give you energy all day! They come together in 10 minutes, and they make the perfect snack on-the-go.

Set your chopped pistachios and sesame seeds aside and throw all other ingredients into a blender or food processor until the mixture becomes sticky, leaving a bit of texture. Roll the mixture into small balls, and then roll them in the pistachio/sesame seed mix. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
