Coco Rough Bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 2 Amazonia Coconut Smoothie Packs
  • 80ml coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful coconut flakes for extra texture (optional)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. If using extra coconut flakes, add towards end and pulse. Spoon into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.

Greens Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. Amazonia Raw Prebiotic Greens
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¹/₄ cup chia seeds
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Put on the lid and shake well. Let the pudding sit for at least 10 minutes. Toppings Serve with fresh fruit.

Vitamin C Bliss Balls

    Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. Amazonia Prebiotic Vitamin C powder
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. sweetener of choice, maple syrup (optional)
Directions:

Add almonds and oats to blender, blend until fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend into a dough. Roll tablespoonfuls of the dough into balls. Eat immediately or store in the fridge.

Probiotic Peanut Butter Bites

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Pre-probiotic
  • ¹/₃ cup raw cashews
  • ¹/₂ cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Dust balls in cacao powder or chia seeds (optional)
Directions:

Combine ingredients in a food processor then shape into balls. Roll balls in cacao or chia seeds if desired. Place in fridge until firm.

Snickers Protein Balls

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Prebiotic Men's Multi
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • ¹/₂ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • ¹/₂ cup medjool dates
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Roll mixture into balls, roll in desiccated coconut. Place in fridge.

Açaí Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Organic Freeze Dried Açaí Powder
  • ¹/₂ cup chia seeds
  • 1 ¹/₂ cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp. sweetener of choice
Directions:

Mix chia seeds, coconut milk and sweetener together in a bowl, then divide into two equal portions. In first portion, add Açaí Powder and mix well. In second portion, add vanilla essence. Place both portions in fridge to set. Once set, layer into a glass. Toppings Garnish with fresh fruit such as blueberries and coconut yoghurt.

Green Vanilla Smoothie

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Protein Rich Smooth Vanilla
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and decorate with your choice of toppings. Serve immediatel and enjoy!

Choc Mint Protein Bar

    Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup Amazoina Raw S&T Double Choc Mint
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 c soaked cashews
  • 1 can full fat coconut cream, chilled
  • 1/2 c rice malt syrup
  • 1/4 c coconut oil
  • 1/2 c mint leaves
  • 2 tsp Amazonia Raw Prebiotic Greens
  • 1/2 c cacao powder
  • 1/2 c rice malt syrup
  • 1/4 c coconut oil or butter

Protein Rice Crisp Squares

    Ingredients:
  • 2 cup of rice cereal
  • 1 cup desicated coconut
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of rice malt syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Protein Rich Smooth Vanilla
Directions:

1. Mix cereal, coconut and protein in one bowl 2. Melt peanut butter, rice malt syrup and coconut oil till combined 3. Pour melted mixture into the cereal mix and stir till well coated 4. Press into a lined baking tray or dish 5. Place into fridge until set before cutting into squares.

Chocolate Nut Slice

    Ingredients:
  • 3 cups of granola
  • 1/4 protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup goji berries

No Bake Triple Choc Slice

    Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Amazoina RawFIT Thermo Burn Protein Triple Choc Truffle
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
Directions:

1. If using rolled oats, blend into powder and mix dry ingredients in one bowl 2. Melt nut butter and rice malt syrup until combined 3. Pour melted mixture into the dry mix and stir. Add a dash of almond milk if needed. 4. Press into a lined baking tray or dish 5. Place into fridge until set before cutting into bars.

Protein Balls

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender till a dough has formed, roll into balls. Place in fridge till set.

Performance Protein Bars

    Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops of Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup coconut flour (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 c cacao powder (2 t)
  • 1/4 c cacao nibs/dairy free choc chips
  • 1/2 c peanut
  • 1/2 c rice syrup
  • dairy free milk
Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl 2. In a separate bowl melt Coconut Oil, Nut Butter and Rice Malt Syrup until combined 3. Pour melted mixture into the dry mix and stir. Add a dash of Almond Milk if needed. 4. Press into a lined Baking tray or dish 5. Place into fridge until set before cutting into Bars.
