The perfect gluten-free choc chip cookies to leave out for Santa this Christmas Eve! Best served with a cold glass of oat milk.
First, combine your dry ingredients in a bowl. We’ve included our super versatile Raw Protein Isolate Natural. It’s unflavoured so you can add it to just about anything! It provides 24g of plant protein per serve plus a complete amino acid profile and natural source of Iron, Iron, Phosphorous and Zinc. It’s gentle on digestion, vegan and gluten-free.
Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, oat milk and vanilla and give it good mix. Fold through your chocolate chips then rolls into balls (about 15). Push them flat on a lined baking tray and pop them in the oven for about 12 minutes or until golden! It’s as easy as that. Santa will be coming back for seconds.
