Blackberry Smoothie

    Ingredients:
  • Blueberries
  • Banana
  • Lemon
  • Almond Milk
  • RawFIT Bio Active BCAAs
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and decorate with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Performance Protein Bars

    Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops of Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup coconut flour (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 c cacao powder (2 t)
  • 1/4 c cacao nibs/dairy free choc chips
  • 1/2 c peanut
  • 1/2 c rice syrup
  • dairy free milk
Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl 2. In a separate bowl melt Coconut Oil, Nut Butter and Rice Malt Syrup until combined 3. Pour melted mixture into the dry mix and stir. Add a dash of Almond Milk if needed. 4. Press into a lined Baking tray or dish 5. Place into fridge until set before cutting into Bars.

Fat Burning Smoothie

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia RawFIT Thermo Burn Protein - Triple Choc Truffle
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ice
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass, serve immediately and enjoy!

Peanut butter choc protein bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Protein Isolate Cacao Coconut
  • 3 frozen Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Splash of Almond Milk
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender with minimum liquid until thick and creamy. Spoon into a bowl, top with desired toppings such as fresh banana, granola, peanut butter and vegan chocolate. Enjoy!

RawFIT Choc Smoothie Bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup of Ice
  • 1 cup frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender with almond milk to thick and creamy Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh berries, fruit, cereal or your choice of toppings! Serve immediately and enjoy!

Vanilla Coconut Protein Balls

    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of soaked dates
  • 1/4 cup tahini or seed butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup quick oats (gluten free if need be)
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Amazonia Raw Protein Isolate Vanilla
  • Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Directions:

Process or blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until a rough dough has formed, roll into bite sized balls. Place in fridge till set. Makes around 20 snack sized balls. Enjoy!
