Bounty Bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 2 Amazonia Coconut Smoothie Packs
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablepoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon Amazonia Protien Isolate Cacao & Cocunut
  • 1 tablespoon sweetner of choice: Dates,maple syrup (optional)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend till smooth and creamuy texture. Spoon into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.

Coco Rough Bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 2 Amazonia Coconut Smoothie Packs
  • 80ml coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful coconut flakes for extra texture (optional)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. If using extra coconut flakes, add towards end and pulse. Spoon into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.

Coconut Cacao Smoothie Bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • Handful of almonds
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw cacao and coconut protein isolate
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:

Combine ingredients in blender. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Original Açaí Bowl

  • 80ml liquid (non-dairy milk, apple juice or coconut water)
  • ¹/₂ frozen banana
Directions:

Tropical Açaí Bowl

Super Berry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Amazonia Pitaya Smoothie Pack
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¹/₄ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¹/₂ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¹/₂ tbsp. raw honey
  • ¹/₂ tbsp. maqui powder, optional
  • ¹/₄ cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.

Peanut butter choc protein bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia Raw Protein Isolate Cacao Coconut
  • 3 frozen Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • Splash of Almond Milk
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender with minimum liquid until thick and creamy. Spoon into a bowl, top with desired toppings such as fresh banana, granola, peanut butter and vegan chocolate. Enjoy!

RawFIT Choc Smoothie Bowl

    Ingredients:
  • 1 serve Amazonia RawFIT Performance Protein Rich Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup of Ice
  • 1 cup frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender with almond milk to thick and creamy Spoon into a bowl and top with fresh berries, fruit, cereal or your choice of toppings! Serve immediately and enjoy!

Protein Jaffa Oats

    Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops RawFIT performance protein in rich dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup organic quick oats⁣
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • Juice of 1/2 an orange
  • sliced orange to top
Directions:

1. Combine the oats, mylk and cacao powder into a small sauce pain 2. 2. Stir until combined and fluffy 3. Allow to cool slightly and stir in protein powder and the orange juice until it's all evenly mixed. ? 4. Transfer into a bowl, add sliced oranges, cacao nibs and a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
