Tropical Açaí Bowl
The taste of the tropics in the comfort of your own home! This Tropical Açaí Bowl is the perfect breakfast, lunch, or snack for warmer days. And with just 5 ingredients, it takes less than 10 minutes to whip up.
Available in the frozen fruit section of your local Coles and Woolworths, Açaí Energy contains 3.5 x the antioxidants of blueberries and is rich in Omega 3, 6 & 9 essential fatty acids. Blended with guarana for a natural caffeine hit, it’s the perfect superfood to kickstart your day.
To a blender, add 1 sachet of Açaí Energy, ½ cup each of frozen mango, banana, and blueberries, and about 1/3 cup of oat milk or coconut water. Blend on high until you reach a thick and creamy consistency – because no one likes a runny açaí bowl! Spoon it into a bowl and add your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit and granola. Best Tropical Açaí Bowl
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 sachet Amazonia Aćaí Energy
1/3 cup oat milk or coconut water
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until creamy.
Spoon into a bowl and add toppings of choice. We recommend granola and/or buckinis, and fresh fruit.
