Vegan Teriyaki Jackfruit Tacos

An Asian take on the classic Mexican meal, these tacos are filled with succulent jackfruit marinated in a heavenly teriyaki sauce, making a quick and easy meatless meal any night of the week.

With a consistency similar to pulled pork (minus the meat), our sustainably harvested Tender Jack Teriyaki is a naturally low in calories and a great source of fibre, protein, Vitamin A & C and manganese. You won't be missing the meat at all!

Simply sizzle and serve, then pile it into your tortillas with some thinly sliced crunchy cabbage, a sprinkle of coriander, pickled ginger and a squeeze of lime. Take your mouthwatering taco to the next level by adding a drizzle of Sriracha mayo (trust us).
