Jackfruit Pizza with a kick! You're going to want to whip this recipe out at your next pizza night, we promise.
Healthy Luxe has used gluten-free pizza bases, but you can use any pizza base of your choice. She's loaded it with tomato paste, an assortment of veg and – of course – Amazonia Tender Jack in mouthwatering Smokey BBQ flavour.
With its tender, meaty texture and a subtle taste, Tender Jack is super versatile and packed with dietary fibre. The ultimate plant-based meat alternative for tacos, burgers, pizzas and more, simply sizzle and serve!
If you're not vegan, feel free to replace the vegan cheese with crumbled feta or mozzarella. We recommend serving with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of mixed herbs – perhaps even some fresh basil if you have it!

Spicy Jackfruit Pizza
Tender Jack, Lunch, Dinner
2 gluten free pizza bases (or pizza base of choice)
¼ cup organic tomato paste
100 grams baby spinach leaves
1 pack Amazonia Tender Jack Smokey BBQ
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tsp mixed herbs
50 grams vegan cheese
Preheat oven to 160 degrees C
Once heated, place pizza bases in the oven for approximately 5 minutes to pre-cook slightly.
Spread tomato paste on the bases and arrange remaining ingredients, ensuring spinach leaves are on the bottom layer so they don’t burn
Return to the oven for about 10 minutes
Slice, serve and enjoy.
