This nutrient-dense smoothie gets its vibrant colour from Popeye’s favourite leafy green – spinach! Packed full of fibre, spinach is rich in nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron, folate, and potassium. Baby spinach is a perfect smoothie add-in due to its very mild taste, especially when you’re adding naturally sweet fruits like banana.
To make this protein-packed smoothie, you’ll need frozen banana, baby spinach, almond milk, ice, matcha powder and our Raw Protein Paleo Fermented in Vanilla Lucuma flavour. If you’re someone with a sensitive digestive system or often feels bloated after consuming protein powders, this blend is for you. Each serve contains 22g of sprouted and fermented plant protein that’s easy for the body to digest and absorb. Free from grains, this vegan-friendly protein also boasts 50% RDI Iron per serve, plus a cultured blend of superfoods, greens, and seeds.
