I actually pick this one not for slimming but for the great amount of superfoods I can intake without mixing it all up myself (and storing separately etc).
It is the best afternoon and post workout drink mixing with a small piece of a frozen banana and some plant based milk and matcha to have a little energy booster and actually keep me not hungry.
