Strawberry Pitaya Smoothie Bowls

2 Amazonia Pitaya Frozen Sachets
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup coconut water
½ tbsp maqui powder (optional)
1 tbsp cashew butter (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to bowls and add desired toppings.
