Just like strawberry ice cream – but healthy!
This heavenly pink bowl is decadent enough to taste like dessert. To make the thick, creamy base, we've used frozen banana, strawberries and young and our frozen Coconut.
Coconuts are especially high in manganese, which is essential for bone health and the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and cholesterol.
They're also rich in copper and iron, which help form red blood cells, as well as selenium, an important antioxidant that protects your cells.
Top with any fresh fruit you have on hand and a sprinkle of your favourite granola.
