Deliciously soft, fudgey chocolate truffles made from just 7 ingredients? Yes, please! Free from dairy and refined sugar, they’re sure to be a hit on Christmas Day.
In a bowl, simple add in your vegan dark chocolate, coconut cream, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and salt and combine until a nice smooth, mixture forms. Allow them to set overnight before rolling into balls. Then, it’s time to dust them in Amazonia’s superfood Spiced Cacao blend.
Cacao powder is the raw, less processed version of cocoa, which makes it more nutritious and packed with essential vitamins and minerals. With its rich dark chocolate taste, it’s an excellent source of Iron and Magnesium and contains more than 27 times the antioxidants of blueberries. Our blend also contains Cinnamon, Turmeric and Ginger – three spices known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Spiced Cacao Christmas Truffles
120 grams vegan dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Amazonia Spiced Cacao to generously dust
Combine all ingredients (except Amazonia Spiced Cacao) in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
Place in the fridge and allow to set over night.
Roll into small balls and generously dust with Spiced Cacao Powder.
Return to the fridge for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
