Single Serve Choc Protein Cake
2 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp Raw Protein Isolate Choc Coconut
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oat milk
1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp hulled tahini (optional)
1-2 squares vegan dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
Combine all ingredients (except dark chocolate squares) in a mixing bowl, mix until it forms a dough like consistency
Spoon into a greased mini ramekin and press the dark chocolate into the centre
Bake for approximately 10 minutes for a soft/melted centre. Bake for 15-20 minutes for a more cake-like texture
