If you were a fan of Cottee’s Ice Magic as a child (or even as an adult), you’re going to LOVE this! Created by Healthy Luxe, these vanilla nice cream bowls are covered in a hard layer of dark chocolate you’ll have to crack into to enjoy. Way yummier (and healthier) than the choc top ice cream cones from the cinemas if you ask us!
To make the nice cream, Healthy Luxe has used a base of Potassium-rich frozen bananas and creamy coconut yoghurt, which is loaded with healthy fats and good bacteria that help support your digestive system. For a hit of protein and flavour, she’s also included our Raw Protein Paleo Fermented in Vanilla Lucuma flavour.
Made from a sprouted and fermented paleo protein blend, it delivers 22g of protein per serve and a whopping 50% of your recommended daily intake of Iron. This vegan, Certified Organic, grain-free formula contains a comprehensive amino acid profile, plant protein that’s easily digested (no bloating!), greens, seeds and cultured superfoods to fuel your day.
