High protein, full of healthy fats, and super simple to make! This Choc Caramel Protein Yoghurt bark is completely customisable. Choose your favourite yoghurt, your favourite flavour of protein powder, and top with a crumbled protein bar, chocolate, granola, nuts, or berries!
In this recipe, we’ve used Greek yoghurt, our Raw Protein Slim & Tone in Chocolate Caramel flavour, and a touch of maple syrup for added sweetness. For the toppings, we used roughly chopped hazelnuts and chunks of our Raw Plant Protein Bar in Triple Choc Brownie flavour.
Simply combine the yoghurt, protein, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl before spooning it onto a lined baking tray. Sprinkle over your chosen toppings, then pop it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours. Snap, serve and enjoy!

Choc Caramel Protein Yoghurt Bark
Snacks & Dessert
3 cups greek or coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
3-4 tbsp Raw Protein Slim & Tone Chocolate Caramel
Choice of chocolate, chopped nuts, or protein bar to crumble on top
Combine yoghurt, maple syrup and protein in a mixing bowl, mix well.
Spoon onto a lined baking tray and top with your choice of chocolate or protein bar (chopped).
Freeze for 1-2 hours.
Snap, serve and enjoy!
