Quick and easy to make (literally only 5 ingredients), this healthy banana split makes the perfect nostalgic dessert. In place of ice cream, we’ve used our antioxidant-rich Açaí Sorbet.
First, grab yourself a plate (or bowl if you wish) and spread a couple of spoonfuls of chocolate mousse on half of the plate to create the base your banana split will sit on. Arrange your banana and top with the Açaí Sorbet. We use only the highest quality açaí berries, sustainably hand-harvested from trees that grow wild in the Amazon rainforest. Rich in skin-loving antioxidants, açaí has a delicious, earthy taste with hints of rich berries and dark chocolate. You'll find our Açaí Sorbet in the freezer aisle of your local Woolworths.

Banana Split with Açaí Sorbet
1 ripe banana, cut lengthways
1-2 scoops Amazonia Aćaí Sorbet
20 grams melted dark chocolate
2-3 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
Chocolate mousse (optional)
Smear chocolate mousse on one half of your plate (optional).
Arrange banana and top with Amazonia Acai Sorbet.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top, sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and enjoy!
