First up – almonds. We've used roasted almonds for an extra nutty flavour. These nutritious little nuts boast an impressive nutrient profile. They're a fantastic source of Vitamin E, magnesium, protein, healthy fats and fibre.
Next is rolled oats. Is there anything the humble oat can't do? Incredibly versatile, they provide a good hit of fibre, carbohydrates, potassium, protein, iron and magnesium.

Vitamin C Bliss Balls
15 minutes minutes
1 tsp Amazonia Raw Nutrients Vitamin C
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sweetener of choice
Add almonds and oats to a blender, blend until fine
Add remaining ingredients and blend into a dough
Roll tablespoonfuls of the dough into balls
Eat immediately or store in the fridge
