Our young Frozen Coconut is rich in healthy fats, fibre, iron and potassium – not to mention delicious! It's the perfect flavour base for smoothie bowls because it pairs well with anything.
Top with fresh fruits and granola to create a healthy breakfast bowl, or add sliced banana, nuts, peanut butter and cacao nibs for a scrumptious guilt-free dessert. If you want to add a chocolate spin to this bowl, try adding in a scoop of antioxidant-rich cacao powder. Or for extra protein, add one serve of our Raw Protein Isolate Choc Coconut.

Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie Bowls, Breakfast
2 Amazonia Coconut Superfood packs
80 ml coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 handful coconut flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy
If using extra coconut flakes, add towards the end and pulse
Spoon into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings
