If you thought quinoa was reserved for savoury dishes, you’re in for a pleasant surprise.
With a delicious nutty flavour that goes perfectly with breakfast toppings, quinoa is a complete protein that contains all nine essential amino acids. It's packed with vitamins and minerals including Iron, Lysine, Magnesium, Vitamin B2 and Manganese, and it contains almost twice as much fibre as most other grains.
Talk about a supergrain! Cooking quinoa in coconut milk gives it a rich, creamy texture. We’ve given ours a berry twist by adding a sprinkle of our Raw Nutrients Women’s Multi. Add a dollop of coconut yoghurt and a handful of fresh berries and you're set! This recipe is also the perfect use for leftover quinoa.

Quick Breakfast Quinoa
1 serve Raw Nutrients Women's Multi
¹/₂ cup quinoa
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
¹/₂ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
Cook quinoa according to package directions in coconut milk
Combine quinoa with remaining coconut milk, cinnamon and sweetener of choice
Serve topped with a sprinkle of Women's Multi, coconut yoghurt and fresh berries
