If you were a Rice Bubbles fan as a child – these healthy rice crispy treats are going to have you feeling very nostalgic!
However, instead of loading them up with sugar – we've created a healthier version with peanut butter, desiccated coconut and rice malt syrup. Plus, we've included a serve of our RawFIT Performance Protein in Smooth Vanilla Flavour to make them the perfect protein-packed post-workout snack!
For this recipe, you can use your regular rice crisp cereal or gluten free brown rice cereal for a little extra #health. And if you want to make them more indulgent, melt some vegan chocolate and drizzle it over the top – finishing with a sprinkle of sea salt!

Protein Rice Crispy Squares

1 serve RawFIT Performance Protein Smooth Vanilla
2 cup of rice cereal
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup rice malt syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix cereal, coconut and protein in one bowl
Melt peanut butter, rice malt syrup and coconut oil till combined
Pour melted mixture into the cereal mix and stir till well coated
Press into a lined baking tray or dish
Place in fridge until set before cutting into squares
