Overnight Tiramisu Oats
Love oats? Love coffee? Why not combine them?! These Tiramisu Overnight Oats are the ultimate way to kickstart your morning.
It’s free from refined sugar, high in protein and fibre, and super easy to prep the night before for weekday breakfasts. Simply add oats, protein, chia seeds, oat milk, maple syrup and vanilla essence in a bowl and stir to combine.
In this recipe, we’ve used our Raw Protein Paleo Fermented Salted Caramel to provide an indulgent natural caramel flavour and a hit of plant protein and essential amino acids. It’s made from sprouted and fermented organic pea protein as well as 9 fermented real food ingredients including quinoa, spirulina, spinach, quinoa, and seeds. This gluten-free and grain-free protein is perfect for those with digestive issues or people who struggle to digest whey protein.

Tiramisu Overnight Oats
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp Raw Protein Paleo Fermented Salted Caramel
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup oat milk
1 shot coffee
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Cacao powder, to dust
Combine all ingredients (except yoghurt and cacao) in a small bowl, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Top with coconut yoghurt, dust with cacao and enjoy!
