Mint Slice Smoothie Bowl
3 large frozen bananas
1 handful baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tsp Raw Nutrients Greens
1/4 cup cashews (or 2 tbsp cashew butter)
2 medjool dates (optional)
1/3 cup coconut water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup cacao nibs
60 grams melted chocolate
Combine all ingredients (except cacao nibs and chocolate in a high-speed blender). Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir through cacao nibs and then pour into bowls.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Pour melted chocolate on top, evenly coating the surface.
Crack, serve and enjoy.
