This salad dressing is ready in under 5 minutes, and all you need is a blender! You can pour it over any kind of salad you like, so it’s super versatile.
It gets its creamy texture from the cashews (which also add some healthy fats) and is packed with rich flavour thanks to the garlic, vinegar, fresh basil, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast. And of course, it gets an extra hit of nutrition from our Raw Nutrients Greens.
It contains 9 different green ingredients (rich in alkaline chlorophyll), wholefood Vitamin B12, gut-friendly prebiotics and more than 74 trace minerals to detoxify and support optimal liver function. It’s rich in alkaline chlorophyll to help support digestion, detoxification and energy levels.

Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Lunch & Dinner
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot, chopped
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup spinach
1 tsp Raw Nutrients Greens
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup cashews
1 tsp salt
2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce and shredded cabbage
Vegetables of choice
Combine all ingredients (except iceberg lettuce and cabbage) in a high-speed blender. Pulse for 1-2 minutes, retaining a slightly chunky texture.
Mix through lettuce, cabbage and veggies of choice.
Serve as a fragrant side salad.
