To make the base of your bowl, you’ll need 2 sachets of Açaí Energy, frozen banana and blueberries, cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut milk. For an extra hit of protein and flavour, we’ve used our Raw Protein Isolate Choc Coconut. With 20g of plant protein in each serve, it contains a complete amino acid profile plus Zinc, Phosphorous and up to 99% of your recommended daily intake of Iron. It’s gentle on digestion and a deliciously easy way to get more plant protein in your diet.

Easter Açai Bowl
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a bowl and decorate with Easter eggs, melted chocolate, cacao nibs and/or chocolate granola.
