Chocolate Chickpea Fudge Brownies

Chocolate fudge brownies made from…chickpeas! With less than 10 ingredients, these guilt-free brownies are our new obsession. They’re high in protein and fibre, and they’re also vegan and gluten-free.

On top of the protein provided by the chickpeas, we’ve also included our Raw Protein Slim & Tone Chocolate Caramel to help this snack keep you feeling full for longer. Made from sprouted and fermented pea protein, this low carb blend has been supercharged with thermogenic herbs and greens to support detoxification and a healthy metabolism. It provides a natural source of essential amino acids, Iron, Phosphorous, and Zinc.

Add all ingredients to a high-power blender or food processor and combine until it reaches a smooth stiff batter. Then spoon into a greased and lined spring-form cake tin and bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool and then serve warm with a scoop of dairy-free vanilla icecream (if you’re feeling fancy).
