The secret to a good banana bread is to use spotty bananas – the riper they are, the sweeter they are! In this recipe, you can stir through either cacao nibs or chocolate chips (vegan if needed) depending on how sweet you like it. Simple combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl before adding in your wet ingredients. Whisk to combine then stir through your chocolate chips and transfer to a greased and lined loaf tin.
