Berry Boost Bowl
This recipe only requires three ingredients, one blender and five minutes!
Simply add berries and bananas to a blender, throw in one serve of Raw Nutrients Women’s Multi and blend on low, adding small amounts of liquid until you achieve a creamy, sorbet-like consistency. And you can be as creative as you like with toppings – fresh fruits and granola is our favourite combo.

Berry Boost Bowl
Smoothie Bowls, Breakfast
1 serve Amazonia Raw Nutrients Women's Multi
2 frozen bananas
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¹/₂ cup coconut yoghurt, blended in or served on top (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy
Spoon into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruits such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
