Tropical Collagen Ice Cream
4 frozen bananas
3 cups frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp Raw Beauty Collagen Glow Peach Passionfruit
Juice from 1 large passionfruit (save the seeds to serve, optional)
2 tbsp lime juice
4 ice cream cones
Combine all ingredients in a high power blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into an ice cream tray and freeze for approx. 3 hours.
Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop into cones.
Top with passionfruit seeds and flaked coconut (optional).
