Choc Blueberry Protein Pancakes
8 small pancakes
1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
1 medium ripe banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp Amazonia Raw Protein Slim & Tone Triple Chocolate
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Maple syrup to serve
Add all ingredients except blueberries into a blender and blend until a smooth, thick batter forms
Stir through ½ cup blueberries
Heat up a fry pan, grease with coconut oil and cook pancakes for approximately 1 minute on each side
Stack pancakes on a plate and top with remaining blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup
