This caramel slice smoothie is toooooo good! Perfect for when you’re craving a sneaky sweet treat but also wanting to nourish your body. It’s vegan and loaded with plant protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.
It’s made using ourRaw Protein Slim & Tone in heavenly Chocolate Caramel flavour. Yes, it’s as delicious as it sounds. It’s a low-carb blend made with sprouted and fermented plant protein that’s non-bloating and easy to digest.
It also contains a blend of thermogenic herbs, trace minerals, essential amino acids, greens, Iron, Phosphorous, Zinc and more. It’s specifically designed to help boost metabolism, reduce cravings, deliver a slow release of energy, and support detoxification.
Simply add all ingredients to a blender (minus the chocolate and granola – these are for topping) and blend until smooth and creamy. In a jar, first add a handful of your favourite granola, then pour in the smoothie and top with a drizzle of melted chocolate. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes (if you can wait that long) or until the chocolate has set. Then crack into it and enjoy. Caramel Slice Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp Raw Protein Slim & Tone Chocolate Caramel
2 medjool dates
1 tbsp cashew butter (optional)
1/3 cup oat milk
1/2 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup granola
25 grams melted dark chocolate
Combine all ingredients (except granola and chocolate) in a high-speed blender, blend until creamy.
Pour granola into a jar. Top with caramel smoothie blend and finish with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until chocolate has set.
