Blend until smooth and enjoy! Top yours with granola and extra peanut butter if you’re feeling fancy.

Caramel Protein Shake
2 small frozen bananas
2 tbsp Raw Protein Paleo Fermented Salted Caramel
1 or 2 medjool dates
1 tbsp peanut butter or cashew butter (+ extra to serve)
1 cup oat milk
1 handful ice cubes
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a smoothie jar, layering with granola and extra peanut butter (optional).
