Frozen bananas make for a super creamy potassium-rich base and the strawberries naturally deliver vitamins, fibre, and high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols. We’ve used a spoonful of cashew butter for a dose of monounsaturated fatty acids, essential amino acids, and magnesium, and our Raw Protein Paleo Fermented Vanilla Lucuma for a hit of plant protein to help you feel full for longer.
Our ultimate, digestion-friendly blend, it’s made from certified organic pea protein and supercharged with fermented greens and seeds. Plus, each serve has 50% of your recommended daily intake of Iron. Simply combine all ingredients (except for the chocolate) in a high power blender, adding more oat milk if needed to blend. Pour into a bowl, and drizzle with melted chocolate. Pop it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened, then crack into it and enjoy! Strawberry Choc Top Bowl
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 tbsp Raw Protein Paleo Fermented Vanilla Lucuma
3-4 tbsp oat milk
40g melted dark chocolate (for topping)
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and top with melted dark chocolate.
Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Crack, serve and enjoy.
