Açaí & Peanut Butter Slice

Peanut butter and acai are a match made in heaven – you can’t convince us otherwise. And this no-bake slice is our new obsession. A sweet, nutty, chewy granola base is topped with a layer of smooth, salty peanut butter, followed by a thick and creamy açaí layer.

To make the base, add the hazelnuts, oats, coconut, dates, and coconut oil to a blender and combine until smooth. Press into the base of a greased and lined spring form cake tin. Spread a layer of peanut butter on top and set aside while you make the açaí filling.

Drain and rinse the cashews and put them in the blender with our Açaí Pure, and the remainder of the filling ingredients.
