To make your base, add to your blender frozen bananas, hazelnut butter, medjool dates, ice, oat milk, vanilla, hazelnuts, and our Raw Protein Collagen Plus in Choc Hazelnut flavour.
This delicious protein contains a 2-in-1 blend of Hydrolysed Marine Collagen Peptides and organic plant protein. It supports collagen production and connective tissue structure for healthy hair, skin, and nails. It contains Vitamin C and Zinc for immunity and skin health, Iron for energy, and plant-based digestive enzymes for easy digestion.
Once you’ve combined all your base ingredients in the blender, spoon into a bowl and freeze for about 20 minutes. Once frozen, take it out and pour over your melted chocolate and top with the crushed hazelnuts, then return to the freezer for a further 10 minutes. Giant Ferrero Rocher Bowl
2 large frozen bananas
2 tbsp hazelnut butter
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp Raw Protein Collagen Plus Choc Hazelnut
1 handful ice cubes
1/3 cup oat milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts
60 grams dark chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp sea salt flakes
Combine all ingredients (except crushed hazelnuts, chocolate and sea salt) in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a bowl and freeze for 20 minutes.
Top with crushed hazelnuts and melted chocolate. Return to the freezer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt, crack and enjoy.
