2 sachets Amazonia Acai Pure
2 frozen bananas
¾ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Amazonia Raw Protein Isolate Vanilla (optional)
¾ cup oat or almond milk
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup coconut yoghurt
Combine all ingredients (except coconut yoghurt) in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into milkshake glasses.
Transfer coconut yoghurt to a piping bag to ‘whip’ on top of the acai smoothies.
Dust with desiccated coconut (optional). Serve and enjoy!
