Tender Jack - Teriyaki

Tender Jackfruit, Tomato Sauce (Tomato Puree, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion, Garlic, Pepper), Tomato, Soy Sauce (Soy Beans, Sugar, Salt), Tamarind, Olive Oil/Sunflower Oil, Herbs & Spices (Garlic, Ginger, Oregano, Paprika, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic Powder), Vegetable Stock, Brown Sugar, Sesame Seeds, Rock Salt, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Himalayan Pink Salt. Contains Soy and Sesame.

PAN FRY (recommended)

Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Empty contents of pouch into pan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes or until contents are heated through.

OPTIONAL

Break or shred Jackfruit up while in pan.  

OR

OVEN BAKE

Heat oven to 180℃.
Line a tray with baking paper and spread contents evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes or until contents are heated through.

Perfect for poke bowls

Wasn't sure what jackfruit would taste like but I was pleasantly surprised by this – used it in a homemade poke bowl and it was just like shredded meat. Teriyaki flavour was really yum.
