Tender Jack - Curry

Tender Jackfruit, Coconut Milk, Vegetable Stock (Water, Carrot), Herbs & Spices (Garlic, Chilli Powder, Green Chilli, Coriander Powder, Fennel Powder, Mustard, Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Mustard Powder, Fenugreek Seeds, Basil, Dried Fenugreek Leaves), Onion, Sunflower Oil, Tamarind, Rock Salt.

PAN FRY (recommended)

Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Empty contents of pouch into pan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes or until contents are heated through.

OPTIONAL

Break or shred Jackfruit up while in pan.  

OR

OVEN BAKE

Heat oven to 180℃.
Line a tray with baking paper and spread contents evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes or until contents are heated through.
