Get to know Zoe:

Three words that describe me are...positive, energetic, efficient.

I start my day by…meditating for 20 minutes before going for a run or to Pilates and finishing up with a beach swim – the best part of the day!

My go-to coffee order is…3/4 oat milk latte with added mushrooms.

My favourite part of my job is…variety, creativity and being able to help others.

My favourite Amazonia product is…Spiced Cacao as it's delicious and rich in antioxidants to give me a nourishing energy boost to the day.

If I could eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be…avocado.

My favourite way to exercise is…bush hiking with friends or surfing at the beach.

On the weekend, you’ll find me…at the beach with my family.

The destination I most want to visit is…The Sanctuary in Thailand. I’ve been visiting for 20 years and it’s the most beautiful, restorative place. Massages, delicious nourishing food and cocktails, yoga, beaches and jungle huts – what more could you want?!

My proudest achievement is…raising my two beautiful children.

My secret talent is…I make a mean margarita. I supported my way through university as a cocktail bartender and ended up in the top cocktail bar for an exclusive members club in London. I think this mixology ability has translated well to my current trade of mixing herbal medicines!

If I won the lottery, I would…continue living as I do, I’m so lucky to already be living my dream. Except of course extending my annual holidays from 3 weeks to 3 months a year so I can explore more of the world and escape the Sydney winter!
