Ordering and shipping policies

1. Guaranteed live delivery but we require that you send us any dead on arrivals. We prefer to ship Delta Dash, same day airport to airport delivery.   Minimum orders are $100.00 for Delta Dash.
2. Prices and availability subject to change without notice (limited quantities available on some items.)
3. $100 dollar minimum order on live fish. There is no minimum order on books.
4. Fish will be held 7 days with credit card or money order.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  No checks please. We will e-mail/fax/call to confirm hold status.
5. Books are sent special fourth class book rate (7-14 days) and are not next day delivery unless you request it.
6. All fish measured standard length, i.e. from front of head to base of tail.
7. No cash refunds. Credit given towards next order.
8. Texas residents add 8% sales tax.
9. Fish are delivered next day to the address you indicate (call, fax or e-mail). Please include your daytime telephone number with every order.
