Choc Caramel Cluster Granola

The perfect chunky, crunchy granola to serve with oat milk and fresh fruit, to sprinkle on top of your smoothie bowls, or even to just eat from the jar! Store-bought granolas tend to contain a whole lot of added sugars, fats, and artificial preservatives. Making your own (equally delicious) version at home is a great way to avoid these at breakfast – plus you can tweak the mix to make your granola any flavour you like!

Simply mix together the honey, oil, cacao powder, Raw Protein and sea salt in a mixing bowl, then add your oats, buckinis, and walnuts and combine. In this recipe, we’ve used our Raw Protein Slim & Tone in heavenly Chocolate Caramel flavour. This smooth and creamy low-card blend is packed with plant protein, thermogenic herbs, essential amino acids, Iron, Phosphorus and Zinc to support a healthy metabolism.

Once the mixture is combined, spoon into a baking tray and press firmly into a bar, then bake for 35-40 minutes. Make sure you allow it to cool completely before you break it into clusters, then store in an airtight jar!
